Room 1 (top image - right)
Situated on the first floor and is a light and cosy double ensuite room with a splendid view of Latrigg fell. This room can be used as a single room if a supplement is paid.

Room 2 (second image down, right)
Also on the 1st floor, this is a very spacious Victorian decorated ensuite room featuring a double bed, single bed and a bed settee. Many visitors book this room for the extra comfort as a double or twin room. It accomodates families of 2 adults and 1 child, 2 adults and 2 children, or even 2 adults and 3 children depending on age.

Room 3 (third image down, right)
Similar to Room 1, Room 3 is located on the 2nd floor, offering spectactular views of Latrigg and the surrounding Keswick fells. A standard double en-suite, this room can be used as a single room if a supplement is paid.

Room 4 (fourth image down, right)
Also situated on the second floor, this en-suite room boasts a super king size bed (at no extra cost), a single bed and a proper pull out almost full sized single bed. This room again can be used as a spacious double, twin or triple, or to keep cost low for 4 adults. It also can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 child or, 2 adults and 2 children.

On the right you can see Catbells and Maiden Moor in the distance beyond Keswick and the lake, taken from Room 4.

On the last you can see a view of Latrigg behind Brookfield Guest House, taken from Room 3.

The service we offer at Brookfield B & B in Keswick caters for family holidays or for those looking for more adventurous activites.

We offer family en-suite rooms to sleep 3, 4 or even 5 guests depending on age, twins, triples and doubles. Every room have colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are modern with electric showers, big fluffy towels and shaver points. Crisp cotton linen throughout.
