Brookfield is located in the Lake District market town of Keswick. Keswick is located in the northern part of the lakes offering a central base to explore the whole of the lake district and within easy driving distance to visit "Hadrians Wall" and to cross the border into Scotland.

From Keswick there are bus routes to all parts of the Lake District and the market town itself offers good shopping facilities pubs and restaurants. We are always happy to give advice given on all the best places to visit, and to eat. Keswick even has a rather superb theatre situated by Derwentwater, the most beautiful lake in the Lake District.

Keswick is within easy walking distance into the town centre along the scenic dissused railway line and part of the C2C cycle route. Guests have easy access to all of Keswick's superb attractions including the iconic Alhambra Cinema, the renowned Theatre by the Lake and Keswick's many specialist shops, cafes and pubs and inns. No need to worry about parking in Keswick, parking is adjacent to Brookfield B&B.
